***Models are made to order, some delay is possible depending on sales volume, please note estimated arrival dates***
***Model will be sanded to remove support marks on viewable surfaces. You may need to do additional sanding to perfect part fit and fine detail***
***Model may arrive with dust from sanding which can be removed by washing in warm soapy water***
***Your model has been washed in hot water and rinsed in warm***
***Your model has been cured in a 360 degree UV box, and internally cured using LED UV Diodes***
***Occasionally greyish water from the wash and rinse process can become trapped in a part, and leak out. Simply wipe away, shake part to remove water. This is NOT uncured resin***
***If you kit arrives and has damaged or missing parts please contact me right away and I will resend needed parts at my expense***
***When priming it is best to use paint that is plastic friendly. Both Acrylic and Enamels work well on the resin material.
***As with all plastic painting projects remember to wash the model in soapy water to remove any dust or oils that could paint adhesion.

How we do things:

UNPAINTED FIGURES

-All of our figures are printed on 8K resin printers.

-The cleaning process begins with warm water to get the excess resin off and to loosen up supports for easy removal.

- They are then placed in the first resin cleaner, this is a mixture of 99% IPA and Degreaser.

-They then go into our large sonic cleaner filled with 91% IPA and Purple Power.

-After that they are spritzed with IPA and blown off with a high powered blower.

- They then go on our drying rack to dry until completely dry.

-They are then inspected further and if there are any super rough spots we do minor sanding.

PAINTED FIGURES

- All of the above is done, with a more extensive sanding phase

- They are then primed

- First Coat of paint

- Detailing

- Touch up

- Final inspection

- Varnished, to protect the paint

SHIPPING

- Some of our figures are packed in pieces to protect them during shipping. We like to keep most together, but swords and long breakable parts will be separated.

- Figures that need assembly will come with glue and help will always be provided if needed :)

- Unpainted figures will come with glue and IPA swabs.

- Everything is always packed very well to ensure a safe delivery and most ship  via Fedex / UPS / USPS. We always charge exact shipping costs

- Some our figures and items may not have painting options, however we are always happy to add on requests :)

- Colors can also be changed

- Birthday or special occasions, we try our very best to get things out as quickly as we can, sometimes we do get a back log and there's no way to completely control it. We will always do our best to prioritize these special scenarios :)

- We do our best to answer any questions and respond as quickly as possible. We are a family of 7 and sometimes that can interfere with a quick response.
